CUA 281 - Special Topics in Commercial Food Preparation1-3 credits
Prerequisite(s): Permission of instructor This course provides instruction in special topics in commercial food preparation. Emphasis is placed on timely topics related to commercial food preparation and service, and the course may be repeated as subject matter varies. Upon completion, students will have an understanding of timely topics related to the commercial food preparation industry.
